Client Information
Client Information is the basic contact record an agency keeps for each client: the client's name, the email address BurstWriter sends to, and the client's domain. You can view and edit it any time from the client's dashboard.
The email is the one that matters most — every client-facing email (portal invite, onboarding link, publishing setup, Google Search Console setup, and reports) is sent to it, so keeping it accurate means the client actually receives them. If the client already has a portal login, changing the email here updates where new emails are sent but does not change the email they sign in with.
