Fix-ups

What it is: on the Content Refresh page, Fix-ups are articles missing a technical completeness item — a featured image, or a meta title / meta description.

Why it matters: these are quick presentation and SEO fixes, kept separate from a content refresh. A missing field does not mean the article is underperforming — it just needs completing, not rewriting.

Goal: give every article a complete set of images and metadata so it presents well in search and social, without rewriting content that is already earning traffic.
