WordPress Connection

What it is: the WordPress Connection links BurstWriter to your WordPress site. In Settings you enter your site URL, WordPress username, and an Application Password (created under Users → Profile → Application Passwords in WordPress — not your login password); BurstWriter tests the connection and only saves it if the test passes.

Why it matters: a working connection is what lets BurstWriter publish drafts and live posts straight to your site, and it grounds every article in your real posts, categories, and tags instead of guessing — the foundation of accurate, on-brand content.
