JSON-LD

What it is: JSON-LD (JavaScript Object Notation for Linked Data) is a small block of code placed in a page that describes the page in a structured way. It sits separately from the visible content, so it never changes how the article looks.

Why it matters: it is the format Google explicitly recommends for structured data, and it is the easiest for search engines and AI engines to read reliably.

Goal: BurstWriter writes valid JSON-LD for every article so search engines get a clean, accurate description with zero effort from you.
